Mentoring Under Construction

What?

Mentoring Under Construction is the space to share, explore and discuss questions related to mentoring, such as challenges, good practice, quality, tools & resources, etc.
And... this is NOT an event. This is a process supported by a series of events.

Who?

Mentors from all over Europe involved or interested to be involved in European Solidarity Projects. Supported, of course, by the organizations manaaging such projects.

Why?

• Exploring and understanding local needs
• Boost learning and development in terms of mentorship
• Create an enabling environment to fill in the gaps between theory, practice and adaptive resources for local challenges on the short and medium term

And... in the end because we expecte to develop a vibrant, resourceful community of mentoring practitioners that support each other in identifying, adapting and implementing good practices in their daily work.

How?

Come online at the launching event on the the Facebook pages of the European Solidarity Corps - SALTO Resource Center or the Romanian National Agency- Corpul European de Solidariate-
Thursday, 12th of November from 15.30 (CET)

Than you are more than welcome to join to one or both of the Virtual Open Space Events (VOSE) that will take place on:
- 25th of November, 9.30 - 11.00 CET (register HERE)
- 2nd of December, 9.30 - 11.00 CET (register HERE)
- 16th of December, 15.00 - 17.00 CET focusing on building up the community (register HERE)

And we go on next year as well.

In the meanwhile, you are invited to join HERE to keep in touch in between the meetings. We know that a FAcebook group is not ideal, but it is a place to start from.
