The general aim of this series of activities is to inspire cooperation and the development of project ideas between Hungarian-speaking NGOs and professionals from the youth field of Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia (and further neighbouring countries of Hungary).

Working language: Hungarian.

Concept of Partnership building activity:

A lot of youth organizations and youth workers are looking for opportunities to identify new partners and start international cooperation. However, this process can become challenging because of various factors such as finding common topics, synchronizing the motivations and aims of the organizations, and communicating effectively to reach common understandings. We aim to create a series of partnership-building activities where organisations can ease the burden of using English and provide the possibility to use Hungarian as an alternative, to support the cooperation process.

By choosing the involved participants from neighbouring countries, we aim to benefit from the advantages of being situated geographically and culturally close. We see a good potential for the participants to establish future cooperation and realize common youth projects to involve youngsters from their target groups in mobility projects, who do not yet have satisfactory language competence to take part in projects in English.

Based on our experiences, the success of partnerships lies mostly in face-to-face meetings, common grounds and understanding, as well as harmonizing of organizational and personal motivations. This long-term educational activity aims to fulfil the needs mentioned above.

This TC is mostly for people:
- Representing an organisation/institution working directly with young people: youth workers youth organisation leaders/project managers without a previous (strong) experience in Erasmus+;
- interested in developing future international projects (Erasmus+) in the field of youth, with a mandatory project submission by one of the 2023/2024 deadlines;
- is at least 18 years old.

Eligibility and selection criteria:
- priority in selection will be given to participants who have not received TCA funding in the period December 2021-present;
- priority in selection will be given to participants representing a newcomer organization in Erasmus+;
- capacity for multiplication, training and information;
- experience in working with young people;
- professional and personal motivation and expectations;
- geographical distribution;
- Hungarian language skills.

The deadline for online application is: 28 th of April 2023.

What you need to know:
a. Maximum number of participants from Romania: 5
b. The national pre-selection is carried out by ANPCDEFP.
c. The final selection at European level is carried out by the Hungarian National Agency.

Other information:
1. Participation costs will be distributed as follows: transport costs will be covered by the ANPCDEFP on a contractual basis (the maximum grant awarded is 500 euros), and subsistence costs (accommodation and meals) by the organisers.
2. The selected candidates must advance the necessary sums to cover the cost of transport to the course venue, using the cheapest means of transport: air ticket (economy class, low-cost), train ticket (second class), coach, etc. These costs will be reimbursed by ANPCDEFP at a rate of 95%.
3. 5% of the transport costs will be charged as co-financing to the course participant (this will also be deducted from the transport costs at the time of settlement).
4. The Hungarian National Agency will cover the costs of accommodation, meals for the participants and costs related to the activity programme.
